A focused 30-minute format
We have designed another way of accessing psychological support: quickly, in French, in a focused 30-minute format, with a qualified professional and at a fee that lets you keep control of your budget.
At a glance
Accès Psy UK support takes place by videoconference, in French, London time. A first session of 30 to 55 minutes, at the same fee whatever its length, serves to understand your situation and lay down the framework; the sessions that follow last 30 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly, with the same professional. Each session costs £50 or €58, paid at the end of the session, in pounds or in euros. Requests are made through the form and receive a reply within 24 working hours.
The fee is the same for everyone and known in advance. Your request is reviewed with care, in strict confidence, and a place is offered to you as soon as one is available.
From request to regular follow-up
Five steps, from the first message to regular follow-up: you write, we reply within 24 working hours, a first session of 30 to 55 minutes lays down the framework, then 30-minute sessions follow one another weekly or fortnightly, at £50 or €58 each, paid at the end of each session.
You can write to us through the website form or directly by email at contact (at) accespsyuk (dot) com. A brief presentation of your request and your availability are enough.
As soon as your request arrives, we check our availability. If a place is free, we offer you several slots over the following days, from morning to evening, London time. If no place is available, you can choose to join our waiting list.
In every case, you receive a reply within 24 working hours.
The first session can last from 30 to 55 minutes, depending on the time needed to understand your situation, your request and your needs.
This flexibility is fully part of the support: if this first meeting calls for more time, there is no extra charge. Its fee remains £50 or €58, whatever its length.
The sessions that follow last 30 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly, at the rhythm agreed together.
The support is designed as a whole: a first meeting flexible enough to get acquainted, set out your situation and lay down the framework, then tighter, regular follow-up sessions with the same professional.
The 30 minutes sustain the continuity of the work: an attentive, structured space, centred on what you need at that moment.
The fee is the same for every session and is paid at the end of each one: you keep control of your budget and can build the follow-up over time, at the rhythm that suits you.
Each session is offered at £50 or €58. Over a four-week period, that represents:
Payment is made by Revolut or bank transfer, at the end of each session, in whichever currency suits you best.
Solution-focused and strategic therapy
Accès Psy UK reflects a deliberate way of working: the clinical framework and rigour of classic psychotherapy, with a practitioner who works with you over time, within a format designed to fit into an ordinary week.
The 30-minute session has its own strategy: it goes straight to the point. Solution-focused therapy and strategic therapy, in which Anaïs Leneau is trained (AREPTA Nantes), are built for this short format: each session starts from what matters today, takes one concrete step forward and prepares the next. Regularity creates depth: half an hour every week or fortnight sustains continuous movement.
The relationship remains direct and human, one person to another, within a safe, ethical and caring framework. Confidentiality is complete, online as in a consulting room. Whenever a situation calls for more time, the classic 50-minute format remains available.
Taking care of yourself means moving towards more freedom: a space to breathe, take stock, understand and move forward, before difficulties set in.
What we hold ourselves to
Professional support that fits into everyday life: a simple request, a quick reply, a short format and a fee known in advance, with the same standard of quality as in a consulting room.
It is better to act when the first difficulties appear, before they settle into lasting suffering. Prevention is one of the most precious forms of care.
The effectiveness of therapy rests largely on the quality and continuity of the therapeutic relationship. The 30-minute format, regular and with a budget under control, lets that support last for as long as it is needed.
Living, working and thinking in a second language demands constant adaptation. Being supported in your mother tongue opens a space where emotions speak more freely, with more nuance and more safety.
You remain free to set and adjust the rhythm of your sessions, with no long-term commitment. The follow-up is built around your needs, your goals and your possibilities.
Accessibility is built in service of quality. The number of places is deliberately limited to guarantee genuine availability, attentive listening and personalised support.
One fee, known in advance, and simple payment terms: each session can be paid in pounds or in euros, whichever is most practical for you, £50 or €58.
Budget, confidentiality, framework
The budget. To make payment easier from the UK as well as from France, sessions can be paid in euros or in pounds, whichever suits you best: €58 or £50. Payment is made by Revolut or bank transfer, at the end of each session. An invoice can be provided on request.
Confidentiality. Sessions take place by videoconference, their content stays between you and your practitioner. This website applies the same standard: a minimal form, zero advertising trackers, zero data resale. Your request is read only by the professionals available at Accès Psy UK.
The framework. The psychotherapy practised here is non-medical: it involves neither diagnosis nor prescription, within a precise ethical framework and under ongoing supervision. If you are in acute distress, emergency services remain the right contact: in the UK, Samaritans answer day and night on 116 123; in France, 3114. If your situation calls for medical or psychiatric care, your GP or NHS 111 are the right contacts.
Other questions, from the rhythm of sessions to payment from France and the NHS, are answered on the FAQ page; the initiative and its founder’s journey are presented on the About page.
Briefly present your request, with your availability: you receive a reply within 24 working hours, in strict confidence.
